Q:1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
Stock Products: shipping within 5-7 days.
Customized products: usually 10-15 days. It depends on your design and quantity.A:We are a manufacturer based in Hangzhou Zhejiang, China, with in-house design, machining, assembly and testing. Factory visits are welcome.
Q:2.What is your standard lead time?
A:Standard models: 7-10 days. Customized ratios/shafts/flanges: 15-20 days. Rush orders can be discussed for confirmed repeat customers.
Q:3.What certifications do your products have?
A:ISO9001, CE, and SGS test reports are available on request for every batch.
Q:4.Do you offer samples before bulk order?
A:Yes, samples are available for testing and quality verification prior to placing a bulk order.
Q:5.What is your minimum order quantity?
A:Our minimum order quantity is 1 pc.
Q:6.How long is your warranty period?
A:Our warranty period is 12 months.
Q:7.Quality inspection procedure:
A:We have 20 QC/QA workers. 10 strict QC processes including incoming materials QC, IPQC 10 Ageing test QC100% products will go through a 24-hours ageing test QC)before shipping
